Mike remains deeply involved in the Ruston community. He is a member of both the Ruston Rotary Club and the Ruston Kiwanis Club, organizations dedicated to community service and local improvement. His professional accomplishments and service to the community have earned him several local recognitions, including being named one of Ruston’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2024. He was also voted Best Public Servant in Lincoln Parish in both 2023, 2024 and 2025, and Best Lawyer in Lincoln Parish in 2023, 2024 and 2025, through the Best of Lincoln Parish community voting.
Additionally, Mike is a proud supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of North Louisiana, Teach One to Lead One, DART, Lincoln Parish Adopt a School participant, participated in Dancing with the Louisiana Stars benefiting the Louisiana Delta Ballet, United Way Steamboat Society, and a proud supporter of all levels of athletics from wee ball with Ruston Dixie Baseball to the collegiate level.
